Enquiry about timeshare
We are interested possibly joining the Okawa Bay timeshare resort, but was told that it will close after 2030 as land is leasehold. Can someone get in touch if this is correct and what happens to timeshare owners, also keen to know costs etc

You will be able to use your Floating Week up until Week 50 – 10th December 2032.
The Timeshare Resort Lease expires Week 53 – Friday 31st December 2032.
I would expect the Committee to make contact with the Lessor sometime in 2030 to start discussions on the future of the Resort.
